I can now access all my business and personal contacts in my Outlook through my phone without having to enter every contact manually on the phone.    My secretary can enter a calendar date and it automatically updates my PDA cell phone calendar and my calendar on my computer even when I am in Court or traveling. This avoids missing any dates for me and from making more than one appointment at the same time. I feel less anxiety that I forgot a date or appointment. I can be home and know what appointments I have the next day. I can arrange dates without calling my secretary to see if I am available.    Emails appear on my phone without me having to sit down and access the computer. I use this email for important incoming information. Once there was an emergency with my associate and I needed him to look at some complex documents and he was traveling out of town and I emailed him and he was able to read them and tell me what needed to be changed.    This is a wonderful service and they are very helpful with questions.
